In short: SpaceWonder is for learning and general research. Do not use it for real spacecraft navigation, mission operations, engineering sign-off or any safety-critical decision.
1. Educational and informational purpose
SpaceWonder is an independent educational space science and aerospace exploration platform developed by HSZB Technologies.
All information, simulations, calculations, visualizations and interactive tools are provided for educational, informational and general research purposes only.
2. Scientific data accuracy
We aim to provide reliable scientific information using publicly available data from reputable sources. These include NASA/JPL Horizons, JPL Solar System Dynamics, the NASA Goddard planetary fact sheets, the NASA Exoplanet Archive operated by Caltech/IPAC, CelesTrak, and published constants and research from bodies such as CODATA and the IAU. Our data sources page lists each source, how it is used and how often it is refreshed.
However, data may be delayed, approximate, incomplete or subject to revision. Mission statuses, moon counts and other facts also change over time. We do not guarantee that all information is continuously accurate or up to date, so please consult the responsible agency for authoritative, current information.
3. 3D simulations and visualizations
Planetary models, orbital animations, spacecraft trajectories, astronomical distances, planetary sizes and other visual representations may use educational scaling, approximations and simplified physics.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these visualizations should not be interpreted as exact real-time representations.
4. Spacecraft and mission tracking
Spacecraft positions, mission information, estimated distances, communication delays and trajectory calculations may rely on published orbital elements, predicted trajectories or third-party datasets.
The ISS position is calculated from published orbital elements, and deep-space spacecraft data comes from JPL Horizons ephemerides. “Real-time” on SpaceWonder means a value calculated for the current moment. None of it is live spacecraft telemetry, and values labelled “Educational simulation” are synthetic.
This information must not be used for real spacecraft navigation, mission operations or safety-critical decisions.
5. Calculators and engineering tools
SpaceWonder calculators and AstroCraft Lab provide educational estimates based on mathematical models and stated assumptions.
Their results are not certified engineering calculations and should not be used as the sole basis for spacecraft design, launch planning or operational decisions.
6. Exoplanet data and simulations
Exoplanet information comes from the NASA Exoplanet Archive and published observations, and may be revised as new measurements appear.
Transit simulations, habitability indicators and other model outputs are illustrative and do not establish confirmed planetary conditions or the existence of life.
7. External sources and third-party services
SpaceWonder integrates third-party APIs, datasets, images and external websites, including the Spaceflight News API, The Space Devs Launch Library, NASA's Astronomy Picture of the Day and planet textures by Solar System Scope.
Their availability, accuracy, licensing and content are governed by their respective providers. See attribution and credits for details.
8. NASA and other organizations
SpaceWonder is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially sponsored by NASA, JPL, ESA or any other space agency unless expressly stated.
NASA and other organization names remain the property of their respective owners.
9. No warranties
SpaceWonder content and tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability or uninterrupted availability, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
